Let us simplify the organization of your event. In Son Amar, the main place in Mallorca for events, we have everything at your disposal, so it is not necessary to hire technicians, LED screens, cameras, sound systems, lasers, scenarios … We have a dedicated event team and we are Ready and waiting make sure your event is a success.

Our areas

Son Amar has many outdoor areas, which not only gives an excellent first impression of our stately home from the 16th century, but also several places to celebrate your event, whether large or small. No other place in Mallorca offers the immense variety we offer here in Son Amar.

With our house and gardens surrounded by orange, lemon and almond trees that provide space, inspiration and motivation, Son Amar really is the perfect setting for any large or small corporate event. A place like no other.

Sala Magna

Our large auditorium has a capacity of between 300 and 2,400 people.

It has a state-of-the-art light and sound system, easily one of the best in Europe. In addition, we offer a large 50 m² LED screen for videos and presentations. This place has recently been used for an annual convention with keynote speakers, a nighttime venue for an international DJ and his 1800 followers of the party, an evening of celebration and prizes with a 3-course dinner and the award-winning Dinner Show of Son Amar. The Sala Magna is a chameleon of a place and we can change it to meet your needs.

Sala G

Suitable for small groups of 5 to 50 attendees.

Room G is a private meeting room with a projection screen.

Sa Tafona

Sa Tafona can accommodate groups of 50 to 200 people.

This charming 16th-century room was originally used to press olives and is now equipped with a small stage, impressive lighting and sound.

Patio Mallorquín

An open courtyard capable of accommodating up to 100 guests with an inspiring environment.

The Mallorquin Patio is the heart of Son Amar. Receive our visitors on their way to the Sala Magna, but you can also host company events, weddings and other celebrations.

Jardín Blanco

A beautiful garden that is named after its unique white flowers.

With its beautiful white flowers, pergolas and views of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, this outdoor garden can be used for receptions, parties, cocktails or musical performances. All kinds of events with which you can offer the best reward to your customers.

Plaza Margaret

Attached to the White Garden and suitable for many activities

Very close to the White Garden, this paved area can complement your reception as a place for snacks and canapés, a corporate gala dinner or an open buffet for more than 200 diners. All attended by our renowned and award-winning French executive chef, Jean Pysniak, and his team.

Royal Terrace

The place for our phenomenal show of water fountains, but suitable for more.

This covered outdoor terrace can fully adapt to your needs. During the day, an environment for 300 people to attend talks, presentations and screenings. At night the majestic, computer-controlled fountains accompanied by your choice of music, can guarantee you an amazing grand finale. It can also be a beautiful setting for a gala dinner with fountains and background music.

BBQ Ses Roses

Very often the place for weddings, but also for company events.

Named for the more than 2,000 red roses that surround this area, they can be used formally as an outdoor or informal meeting room with our barbecue, vintage garden and two-level terrace.

Restaurant El Castillo de Son Amar

Not only our family restaurant, but also the place for concerts.

Our restaurant El Castillo with its medieval decoration and its children` The “Fun Amar” area is the ideal place for family celebrations such as birthdays, confirmation, retirement and many more. It has a stage and all the necessary technical equipment for concerts with up to 250 visitors.

    We can organize your conference, from 20 people to 1200. We have a variety of conference rooms in size and capacity. We can provide all your F&B needs, technical support and a gala dinner for any celebration. We are a one stop shop for all your requirements.

    We have held annual awards ceremonies for large multinational companies, merger celebrations, end of season campaigns and much more. Our stage in the Sala Magna has complete live camera installations that complement our 50m2 LCD screens, which means that everyone can join the celebrations.

  • Supplier fairs

    Our rich historic building and grounds can house the perfect environment for vendor fairs. We have parking for more than 550 cars in our 3 car parks and within our areas they are ideal for large spaces that show your needs.

  • Shareholders' Meetings

    Whether you have 5 shareholders or 1200, we have the facilities to sit, drink and dine, and using our cutting-edge technology, your presentations will be what your shareholders will want to see.

  • Film and television filming

    Having a 16th-century house, with elements of the 13th century, located in spectacular terrain and landscapes of the mountains of Mallorca, there is no better place. In addition to space for the installation areas, the onsite restoration facilities make the film a success.

  • Press and conference launch

    We have held conferences, product press releases and we have more personal areas around Son Amar when interviews can be conducted.

  • Motor events and vehicle launches

    Our stage has direct access from the outside allowing vehicles to drive directly to the stage. Stunning terrain for photos and space for everyone to see your product.

    9 different rooms and rooms that allow meetings to be held according to your needs.

    Two different stages in our two main conference rooms can allow maximum attention in your event, our food and beverage departments will ensure that everything runs smoothly.

  • Congresses and conventions

    A convention for 1200 people plus dinner? No problem. The maximum we have done is for 1,500 people, the minimum is 12, we can serve everyone.

  • Exhibitions

    Our space and environment ensure that the exhibits are a pleasure to host. Our 24-hour security and full technical and maintenance team can guarantee that your event runs smoothly.
